Seed Sowing Instructions
Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost or sow directly outdoors in early spring after the danger of frost has passed. Sow seeds lightly on the surface of moist, well-drained soil and press gently, as they need light to germinate. Maintain temperatures around 65–70°F. Germination typically occurs within 14–21 days. Thin or transplant seedlings to 12–18 inches apart once they are strong enough to handle.

Soapwort prefers full sun to partial shade and well-drained soil. Water moderately — it tolerates some drought once established. Cut back stems after blooming to encourage fresh growth and prevent unwanted spreading.
