Drumstick Allium - Allium Sphaerocephalon 10 bulbs

Allium Sphaerocephalon also known as Drumstick Allium, has dense, egg-shaped, showy flower heads that turn from green to purple as they mature, and rise atop straight, slender stems. It has a blooming season ranging from late Spring to early Summer, will grow between 20 – 24 inches tall, grows best in full sun with moist, well-drained soil, and is also drought tolerant. These fragrant flowers are generally disease and pest free, will attract pollinators to your garden such as Butterflies and Bees while being resistant to Deer and Rabbits. They make great cut flowers, are used for floral arrangements, do well in containers, beds, and borders in the garden. These are also easy to grow, low maintenance plants, which is always great for the busy gardener.
